Shipping and returns
The short version: everything ships free in the US, and if it is the wrong thing you have thirty days to send it back. The longer version is below, and the phone number is at the bottom if the longer version does not cover you.
Shipping
- Cost
- Free on every item in the shop, to any US address. It is the only shipping option at checkout.
- Time
- Three to seven business days from the order. We email you when it ships, with tracking.
- Where
- United States only for now. Shipping addresses outside the US are not accepted at checkout.
- Tax
- Sales tax is worked out at checkout for your delivery address. Delaware addresses pay none.
- Local
- In and around Wilmington we often drop hardware off ourselves, and set it up while we are there.
Returns
- Window
- Thirty days from delivery.
- Condition
- Unopened, or opened and unused in the original packaging. Paper cases must be unopened.
- Refund
- The full price to the original payment method, within five business days of the item reaching us.
- Return shipping
- On us if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Otherwise you cover the return postage.
- Faulty items
- New printers and drawers carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished printers are covered by us for twelve months: we replace or refund.
- How
- Call or email with your order number. We send you a return address and, where it is on us, a label.
