A ticket that reads the way the kitchen talks
Modifiers in the order the cook needs them, seat numbers, the split down the middle when two cards come out. It prints the same way it was rung, so nothing is re-read over the pass.

We come to Newark.
We build your menu before we arrive, deliver the hardware, set it up on your counter and train your staff during a real shift. Not a box and a login.
When something breaks at seven on a Friday, the phone is answered by somebody who can be in Newark rather than by a queue.
Newark is about 16 miles from our office on 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington.
And a manager you can just ask
Oreon is built into the POS on every plan. It reads your own sales data and makes menu changes on request, showing you what it will do before it does it.

Questions Newark owners ask
- Does JET POS work for a full-service, sit-down restaurant?
- Yes. JET POS runs table service: a floor plan drawn as your actual room, coursing so appetisers fire now and mains when the table is ready, seat numbers on every ticket, checks split by seat, by item or evenly, transfers between servers at shift change, and payment at the table on a handheld. The same system also runs counter service, pizza delivery and retail; it is not limited to quick service.
- Is JET POS only for restaurants?
- No. One system runs restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and bakeries, bars, retail stores and smoke shops, with the screen laid out for each trade. The processing rate, the support and the on-site installation are the same whichever you run.
- Can the AI in JET POS change my menu, or does it only report?
- Both. Oreon, the AI manager built into every JET POS plan including the free one, reads your own sales data and answers questions such as which five items sold worst this month or which server had the highest average ticket. It also makes changes when you ask: add or remove an item, change a price or one portion size, mark something sold out for online ordering, edit a modifier group, add a staff member. It shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for your confirmation before it commits.
- What does JET POS integrate with?
- Uber Eats and DoorDash orders come straight into the POS and print to the kitchen like any other ticket. Online ordering and card processing are built in rather than bolted on, and there is a REST API for anything custom. What we do not have is a marketplace of hundreds of third-party apps: there is no payroll or accounting integration today. If your business depends on one, say so on the call and we will tell you plainly whether JET is a fit.
- Is there a contract or an early termination fee?
- The Starter and Professional software plans are month to month with no early termination fee. The Free POS plan, which includes a terminal at $0, carries a one-year card processing agreement; that agreement is what pays for the hardware. The card-present rate is the same on every plan and is set out on the pricing page.
- What does JET POS cost in Newark?
- Free POS is $0 a month with the terminal included for businesses doing at least $15,000 a month in card sales, on a one-year processing agreement. Under that, Starter is $19.99 a month for one register on your own device, and Professional is $47.99 a month for up to three registers with kitchen display, online ordering, delivery and loyalty; both month to month. Menu build and training are included on all of them.
- Do you install in Newark, or ship a box?
- We install. Newark is about 16 miles from our office on 501 Silverside Road, Wilmington. We build your menu before we come, bring the hardware, set it up on your counter and train your staff during a real shift. Support after that is by phone on (302) 538-9599, answered by people who can drive back out.
