The JET terminal on a pizza shop counter with an open ticket
POS terminal

Fast on the worst hour of the week

Every screen here exists to shorten the gap between a customer deciding and a customer leaving. That is the whole design brief.

Three cards, one cash, no maths at the table

Split by seat, by item, evenly, or however the table decides at the moment it decides. Re-split after a payment has already gone through; the guests never see the arithmetic.

What it actually does

  • The menu, the way you think about it

What you sell most is on the first screen. Modifiers grouped the way the line works rather than the way a database does.

  • Splits that survive the argument

By seat, by item, evenly, or three cards and one cash. Re-split after a payment has already gone through.

  • Keeps working offline

The internet drops and the terminal carries on taking orders and clearing cards. It syncs when the line comes back.

  • Refunds and voids without a manager walk

Permissions decide who can do it, and every one is recorded against whoever did.

  • Same layout on every terminal

Staff who learn one register have learned all of them, including the handheld.

  • Trained on the floor

We set it up and train during a real shift rather than on a call the night before.

And a manager you can just ask

Oreon is built into the POS on every plan. It reads your own sales data and makes menu changes on request, showing you what it will do before it does it.

  1. What are my worst five sellers this month?

Five items did 37 sales between them in thirty days. The Anchovy Pizza sold four times. The Caesar Wrap is the cheapest miss and the one I would look at first.

    #ItemSoldRevenue
    1Anchovy Pizza4$71.96
    2Caesar Wrap6$53.94
    3Fried Ravioli7$55.93
    4Eggplant Rollatini9$134.91
    5Baked Ziti11$142.89

    Last 30 days, by count

  2. Add a large white pizza at $18.99 under Pizza

I’ll add "Large White Pizza" at $18.99 to category "Pizza". Please confirm.

What it is not for

If you only ever take payments and never ring up a menu, a standalone terminal is cheaper and simpler. That is on the shop page.

Ten minutes on the phone

We ask what you run today and what it costs you, then put a rate and a hardware list in writing. If staying where you are is cheaper, we say so.
