    11 MB. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It installs WebView2 and the VC++ runtime for you if the PC does not have them.

    Confirm your email

    The installer sends a six-digit code. That is the whole sign-up; no card, no call.

    Sell 500 tickets

    Everything is on: the counter, split checks, kitchen screen, printers, reports. A bar at the top counts down.

    Keep it for $60, once

    At the limit the POS stops opening new tickets, not the ones already open. Buy the licence, paste the key, carry on. No reinstall.

What happens at ticket 500

The POS stops opening new tickets. Everything already open can still be paid and closed, and nothing you have entered goes anywhere. Press Buy a licence, pay once, and the key arrives by email. Paste it into the same screen and you are licensed on the spot, no reinstall, your menu and your history exactly where they were.

Who should not download this

Anyone who wants somebody else to set it up. If you would rather we build the menu, bring the terminal and train your staff during a real shift, that is a phone call and the Free POS plan, not a download. This page is for the owner who would rather install it tonight and see for themselves.

Questions people ask before downloading

Is JET POS for Windows really free?
Yes, for your first 500 tickets, with every feature switched on and no card to start. The installer asks for an email address and sends a six-digit code; that is the whole sign-up. After 500 tickets a one-time $60 licence per PC keeps everything running, with updates included.
What happens when the trial ends?
The POS stops opening new tickets. Tickets already open can still be paid and closed, and nothing you entered is lost. You buy the licence from inside the POS, the key arrives by email, you paste it into the same screen and you are licensed immediately, with no reinstall.
Is the $60 a subscription?
No. It is one payment per PC, and updates are included. There is no monthly software fee for the download. Card processing, online ordering, Oreon and the mobile apps connect to JET’s cloud and come with a JET account, which is separate from the licence.
Which Windows versions does it run on?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. The installer runs as administrator once and installs WebView2 and the Visual C++ runtime for you if the PC does not have them. It uninstalls from Add or remove programs.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The point of sale runs on your PC and keeps ringing tickets if the internet drops. The only thing that needs a connection on its own is the licence check, which allows a grace period when you are offline.
Will my receipt printer and cash drawer work?
Almost certainly. JET POS prints to ESC/POS receipt and kitchen printers over USB or the network, which is what most restaurant printers are, and opens the cash drawer through the printer. Send us the model if you want it confirmed first.
Can I run more than one screen?
Yes. Kitchen display screens and extra terminals on the same Wi-Fi or LAN connect to the licensed PC. One licence covers the server PC; the other screens run as terminals off it.
Can I take card payments with it?
Yes, through JET card processing, which needs a JET merchant account. You can also run cash, or record payments taken on a terminal you already have, alongside.
Is my data sent anywhere?
Your sales data stays on your PC. The installer and the POS talk to JET’s licence server to start the trial, count tickets against the limit and validate the licence, and report the software version and licence status so updates can be delivered.
Can I move the licence to a new PC?
The licence is bound to the PC it was activated on. If you replace the machine, call us and we move it; the number is on every page of this site.
What about pizza shops and delivery?
The pizza builder with half-and-half pricing, caller ID and the delivery screen are part of the POS. The Driver app for your drivers connects to JET’s cloud and comes with a JET account.
How is this different from the Free POS plan?
Free POS is us bringing a terminal, building your menu and installing in person, at $0 with a one-year processing agreement at $15,000 a month or more in card sales. The download is you installing the same POS on your own Windows PC tonight, 500 tickets free, then $60 once. Either can turn into the other.
