Both included with the POS

One for the office you are not in.
One for the road.

Neither costs extra and neither needs you standing in the shop. They sign in against your JET account and stop working when it does.

The tip is taken at the door

The driver adds it on the phone, the POS charges the card on file, and the number is on his screen and yours before he is back in the car. No cash envelope, no argument at midnight.

One run, start to settled

Delivery is two jobs and most systems only do the first. This is both of them, in the order they actually happen.

  1. 01

The order is up for grabs

It appears as unassigned with a code on it. Nobody has it yet and everybody can see that.

  2. 02

A driver claims it by code

They type the code into their own phone. Two people cannot claim the same run, which is the argument this removes.

  3. 03

You can see where they are

Live location back to the counter, so the answer to "where is my food" is not a guess and not a phone call to the driver.

  4. 04

    Delivered at the door

Marked on the phone at the address, not remembered and entered twenty minutes later back at the shop.

  5. 05

The tip goes on the card

The driver adds it on the phone and the POS charges the card already on file. If it declines it retries, up to three times, and then says so instead of quietly vanishing.

  6. 06

    Everyone settles

Each driver sees their own deliveries and their own tips total. So do you. Nobody is reconciling a night of runs from memory at midnight.

The part that matters is the last one. Everybody builds the map. How dispatch works on your side.

JET Manager

Read the shift before you walk in

Today against last week, who is on, what Oreon flagged. Sixty seconds in the car, and you go in knowing which conversation to have first.

JET Manager

Nobody opens a report. Everybody checks their phone.

Three moments where you want to know something and going to the back office is not one of the options.

  • 15:20

    Parked outside somewhere else

You have ten minutes and you want to know whether today is going the way it should.

    • Today against yesterday
    • Today against the same day last week
    • What has been rung so far
  • 19:40

    Mid-rush, in the doorway

Something feels off on the floor and you want a number rather than an impression.

    • Who is selling and who is not
    • Average ticket by server
    • What is going out most tonight
  • Sunday

Doing the week at the kitchen table

The rota for next week, decided on what actually happened rather than on how it felt.

    • Peak and dead hours
    • Best and worst sellers
    • Regulars who have gone quiet

They need a shop behind them

Downloading is free. Signing in needs a JET account. Ten minutes on the phone and we will tell you whether that is worth doing, including when it is not.
